Mac was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was able to prioritize my request and ensure all of my documents were apostilled and translated within 2 weeks of me submitting a request. The pricing is expensive, but that could be do to the fast turnaround time requested.

They kept me informed every step of the way. The agent that I worked with explained in detail what I needed to do and was very helpful. I got the visa quickly too!

I honestly believe if you have not already promoted Lester - you should. He is excellent at communicating - what is required - what is missing - just excellent at his job. Very professional and most important completely transparent.

The service was good and made things really easy but when I used it two years ago the service cost around 200 dollars for regular and now the regular is 400. Seems insane that the process for a Chinese visa got easier but the cost doubled in two years.
Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our professionalism, speed, and the value of our service. We truly appreciate you returning to Travel Visa Pro. We understand that price increases are never welcome. However, over the past two years, nearly every cost involved in providing our service has increased significantly—from labor and shipping to insurance, compliance, and operating expenses. We believe in hiring experienced, highly trained professionals and paying them fairly so our clients receive accurate guidance and responsive support throughout the process. While some people assume the China visa process has become simpler, it has actually become more demanding. The current COVA application requires applicants to upload numerous supporting documents, including passport information pages, blank passport pages, invitation letters, travel records, and other documentation depending on the visa type. Our team carefully reviews every document, prepares applications, verifies photo compliance, and helps prevent delays caused by errors or omissions. Our pricing is always provided upfront so clients can make an informed decision before placing an order. We understand our service isn't the least expensive option, but we strive to deliver expertise, accuracy, and peace of mind that many travelers find worthwhile. We sincerely appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future. Thank you Kestutis CEO

Travel Visa Pro helped me obtain a China visa with minimal effort from me. Raquel Guerreiro handled all aspects of approving my visa request, delivering it to the China Embassy with my passport, and sending it back to me. I highly recommend their service.

I waited much too long before applying for a visa to China. I needed it processed in a very short time and Rita at Travel Visa Pro, waked me thru it, kept me informed, and helped alleviate my fears. (It was a nail-biting time.) It was incredibly expensive to expedite my visa, but not as expensive as it would have been to miss the trip. Shame on me, and no one else. I submitted the paperwork on a Sunday night, faxed my passport to Rita in NY on Monday afternoon, and then waited. It took a total of 10 days from the Sunday night that I submitted my info to the Wednesday that I received my passport and approved visa. The visa request for China was more complicated and intrusive than any other visa I have been granted. It was quite unsettling to provide potentially ID-stealing information. I called a local office near where I live and ended up talking to Rita in New York City, but I don't really know what office in NY to review.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're glad that Rita was able to assist you well. We truly appreciate your trust in Travel Visa Pro and look forward to assisting you again in the future whether for visas, E visas, passport services, or document legalization. Safe travels!
We found out that African countries require two pages facing each other in your passport book. Though we still had some room in our seven-year-old passports we needed to get new ones for African travel. The Travel Visa Pro company had excellent reviews and so I signed up. The forms that needed to be filled out were somewhat cumbersome and arcane, so I really appreciated having Raquel assisting me both by telephone and email. We got our new passports in exactly the week as promised. Along the way we had notifications both from the Travel Visa Pro company, and from FedEx to keep us informed of the progress. Expedited passport service is quite expensive, but I certainly got my moneys worth.

I am very satisfied with the service that was provided and that my contact Mac was very helpful and professional. My only caveat (which is the reason for 4 stars not 5) is that the website is not very clear on some important matters. For me was the fact that an original copy was needed to legalize a document where in other cases, a clear scanned copy would suffice. Even though there was a hiccup, Mac and the staff still helped me get my documents early or on time. I highly recommend!
