Kristen Barton is very good

Kristen Barton is very good. She is caring and a good listener. She is comforting in that she gives me hope that I can habituate to this one day. She has good ideas for me to practice. She has helped me develop new good habits. I am glad she is my therapist. Trebel Health, even though it is very expensive, has been the only thing to give me hope and without hope this would be maddening to live with.

Like many before me

Like many before me, I came to Treble Health following a visit with an Audiologist that diagnosed me with minor hearing loss and tinnitus. And answered my question of what can we do about these with the words so many of us have heard. “You have tinnitus and there is nothing that can be done you just have to live with it”. I am extremely great full that my research lead me to Treble Health! After completing the questionnaire and visiting with Dr Ben I came to understand while there are no cures yet for tinnitus there are treatment protocols to help us on this journey. I soon came to realize this is a wonderful team of expert specialists that completely understand our condition and have many tools to improve our quality of life! It’s not always an easy road but it sure is better with the help these folks can provide. If your tinnitus struggles are overwhelming this is the right place quality caring help. Appreciate all you folks did helping me.

Exceptional On-boarding

Crystal Yu did my orientation call. She was exceptional in every sense. Crystal is completely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, intuitive, and patient. I could not imagine how I could have a better on-boarding experience.

Michelle is on time

Michelle is on time, very knowledgeable, and has handled all my needs over the past 18 months. I was skeptical about using an online audiologist but not anymore. 5 star for sure.

My Initial zoom call

My Initial zoom call, (my first zoom call Ever...) was with Diana and she was very informative and was super patient with me while I was trying to sign up... So all I can say is so far so good...I will be starting 'treatment' soon and I am hoping for the results I have read about on the Treble Health site...as opposed to the non existant results, and /or help, that I received from my first actual Audiologist visit locally.

My audiologist was fantastic as usual

My audiologist was fantastic as usual. I had lost my hearing aid and I contacted her and she sent a new one right away. She reprogrammed it on our zoom meeting. She recommended a new "dome" to attach to my hearing aid to both improve my hearing and prevent the hearing aid from falling out. She ordered these and it will be sent to my home. She was professional. kind and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Vetere cares about people

Dr. Diana Vetere has been one of the most knowledgeable doctors on my care team as I am healing from a traumatic brain injury. But even more than that, she is kind, patient and speaks word of life to me, such as "Be patient with yourself. Give yourself grace. It's ok to go slow." Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I'm so thankful that she and Treble Health are part of my healing journey.

Treble Health is amazing

My audiologist Dr. May and the wonderful staff at Treble Health always know how to help me with my hearing aid, find the right program and calm my nerves if I’ve had a hiccup in my program like my right hearing aid failing and the need to get and program a new one so I’m back on my tinnitus program. Everything is back to normal and is so wonderful.

Suzanne is incredibly knowledgeable

Suzanne is incredibly knowledgeable. She has always been very helpful as I move thru the many ups and downs of the tinnitus journey. She is very supportive and has great suggestions. I am always reassured after connecting with her. She provides an invaluable service.

Dr. May was very personable, knowledgeable, comforting, and kind. I have a better understanding of the issues I am facing and of the treatment plan for improvement. I feel hopeful.

Not a hard sell which is refreshing

Not a hard sell which is refreshing. The doctor let me know the price within the first 10 minutes and that the available therapies are not a quick fix. The price is too much for me currently but I will keep watching the videos and maybe I will be a patient in the future. Thanks
