I have never been disappointed or misled by the quality in the picture vs. in person once received. Over the years their inventory has increased and the selections have improved. On one occasion I needed to reach out regarding the placement of names on a multi name necklace. The response was prompt and answered all questions. Tres Colori has a customer as long as they are in business, which is hopefully a lifetime.

They also allow you to have a membership that does deduct monies from your account that can go toward another purchase order, or you can skip the month. I was able to purchase my sister's necklace for her birthday with credits I accumulated. She absolutely loved her gift! Thank you again. I will be purchasing again soon!
