Working with TrickyPhotoshop was a breeze. Monika was very helpful and she even went back in and retouched a spot that I was not fully satisfied with. All in all 5 stars, awesome customer service.

I have had the most painful experience with the company. I asked for two tasks: adding a headshot as an Inset and reorganising the names (team), which I sent. There was total lack of concern for following the client's request. In addition, we did not discuss cost or timeframe once—I now know why. Poor.

You asked us to do two things during your free demo, and we didn’t follow your instructions the way we should have. That’s not okay, and I feel truly sorry for the trouble it caused you. Just to explain, this was all part of our free demo. No money was charged, and the goal was to show you what we can do before you decide to use our service. But, we should have done better. Very impressed with the quality of work, customer service and most of all quick response. Monika from TrickyPhotoshop was very responsive and provided updates on the status. Monika was able to remove a person from three different images and they are like the person was never in the image. What is really ideal is that a demo of the edited image is provided as a preview before committing to their services. I would highly recommend TrickyPhotoshop
