Outstanding
My overall experience was great. Without me asking they kept me informed of my order and its arrival! I ordered the Cure box and it is worth every penny! My first batch will be done this week and so far I’m amazed. No checking, no burping jars. Just set it and forget it and it comes out perfectly dried and cured in record time. If I have the need I will purchase from Trimleaf again without question!
Unusable
We ordered your product but were unable to use it they are way to slippery and nothing but blowouts. No problem with the cheap stuff I picked up at local grocery store. And it took a couple weeks to arrive

As for the shipping delay, we sincerely apologize as it looks like UPS had a few delays including weather and sorting issues which we, unfortunately, have no control over once the packages are picked up by the carriers and are processed through their network.

Shopping with Trimleaf was a very nice experience. They emailed me when i was deciding to help me with any questions. They even emailed me after I placed the order to let me know wit went though and when to expect the package. This was an actual person and not automated in any way. This just felt real nice as a customer that they are out there grinding and making it a smooth transaction.

Very nice drying unit. Still not sure how to program the Tuya app but then again, I am not very app savvy. But the info that I do get from the app is great to have. Their customer service is second to none!!!!!!!

my missing and broken item
didn't receive the silicone puck or the silicone dab mat then once i decided to cut my loses short and just try to use the press and seen it was cracked and didnt stay shut so i let albert know at customer service and he made sure to let me know it not trim leaf fault and he apologized and made sure to fix the mistakes and is sending new items not so happen with the guys at ju1ce box but what can i do my problems got solved and im on the track of this being a good purchase as long as everything goes as planned

We are terribly sorry that the timing of your order wasn't more ideal, but since it was placed on Christmas Eve, both our office and the USPS were closed for the holiday and the subsequent weekend. We truly wish we could have gotten it to you sooner, but we did ship your package immediately on the very next business day, December 29th. It is currently in transit, and we hope you can understand that we were at the mercy of the holiday calendar and the USPS shipping schedule. Thank you!
