The bootcamp experience was overall great, with robust sprint training that provides key insights into industry skills needed and AI training to help students stay ahead of industry trends. Updates can be made with some lessons, such as expanding upon more complex and advanced features of Figma but overall it’s enough to get good work out there.

The company it self is doing great
The company it self is doing great. Most of the lesson were very helpful and great way to understand. But most were little hard to understand but the coaches did come in handy when some of the lessons were hard. The coaches did a great job explaining the lesson. Although it was hard to sometimes when we are doing some late night studying, having a coach would be kinda nice to have. Also great having a personal coach when needing something is great too. Huge thank to my coach Nathalie for help on some technical issues and help with some guidance as well.

TripleTen is awesome! Yulia is great too!
I have had a great experience with TripleTen. The staff is so helpful and supportive throughout the entire program and checked in diligently and consistently with me to keep me on track with my studies while I had dealt with a lot personally. The instructors on Group Office Hours are very patient and understanding when it comes to guiding students in need of assistance. Everyone is very kind and make you feel like you truly matter.
The only real issues that I’ve encountered have been minor but did throw me off a bit. The staffing had changed quite a few times during my course, which sometimes isn’t preventable so it’s understandable. But it did derail me a bit here and there having to switch coaches 2-3 times and adjust to developing the same rapport over again. There could also be some more consistency with project reviews, as sometimes different coaches and tutors can provide contradictory feedback and create confusion. But neither issue takes away how awesome they all are with helping their students succeed. I can’t stress that enough.
But overall my experience with TripleTen has been highly beneficial, rewarding, and enjoyable. My current coach, Yulia, has been incredible since taking over for my last coach, Teona. Both of them have been more supportive than I could have ever expected or asked for, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Yulia has been so understanding and helpful when it comes to adjusting my curriculum due to personal life events, and has never stopped following up with me to keep me focused on my studies. As someone with ADHD, that means the absolute world to me. She is truly wonderful and a real asset to the program.

As a whole, they can improve a lot. They also should provide video classes, with written material.
All instructors are great, my learning coach Anush is dedicated and is always there to help.
I haven’t met my career coaches yet, I can’t write a review on that part.
(-) most untrustworthy thing I noticed about tripleten, is they changed the roadmap after the program started. Initially career coaches were coming in at sprint 5, but now they are being introduced in at last sprint. Which delays career learning and everything else related to job hunting.

Shallow curriculum and predatory practice
I initially chose TripleTen because of the great reviews I saw online, but potential students need to be aware of the current reality of their operations. My experience was deeply frustrating and unprofessional.
I enrolled in their AI/Automation (AIA) program. As an educator myself, I know what a robust curriculum entails. I was assured the basic first weeks would lead into advanced material, but the entire program turned out to be rudimentary tutorials (basic n8n and UIPath). Crucial, highly demanded industry tools like Power Automate were not even included. It absolutely does not meet industry standards.
Trying to make it work, I requested to switch to the Data Analytics program—a move a previous coach confirmed I could make. I submitted this request on June 8. Since then, I have been completely ghosted. For an entire month, my request was ignored despite multiple follow-ups. The internal instability is glaring: in just two months, they cycled me through three different staff members (Learning Coach, Career Coach, and Customer Service Rep). There is zero cohesive student support.
Because they failed to deliver the promised curriculum and ignored my account, I withdrew. Now, their Retention team is aggressively trying to use their standard "Terms of Use" to force me to pay a $5,720 balance for an education I did not receive.
Do not be fooled by old reviews. If you run into any issues, their support team will ignore you, and their billing department will still try to charge you thousands of dollars for a substandard product.
