My car was parked at my Trucking Club parking lot. I didn’t realize that I had to leave my car information on the website. I received a text that my car would be towed since it didn’t seem to belong there. I responded to the text and got a return call. What a great driver! She has retired after several decades of driving. Her customer service was fantastic! She explained more about The Club. There is much more to it than I knew!!! Thank you so very much!! 😃
All these parking places are expensive…
All these parking places are expensive and for what? Most of them cost $25 for a ten hour break. Some places even charge more. They offer nothing at all. No restrooms. No restaurants. No convenience stores. And most of the truck parking places are a dirt lot that is not taking care of with holes big enough to bury a car. When you can park at a truck stop FREE and have all the amenities that you need

You also have specifically stayed at locations with truck stops within immediate walking distance of the parking area. Easy entrance and access from I-10
Easy entrance and access from I-10. Dirt lot but plenty of space. Easy to back into a parking spot. Well lit area. Entrance gates are spacious. It's a repair shop. If in need of service or repairs, inquire. Professional personal. Clear communication and instructions. 👍👍👍👍👍
Pulled up to no open spots, 24/7 customer care fixed it.
Pulled up to the parking lot at 730 all the spots in the text message that are dedicated to TPC were either parked in, saved a normal car a goose neck, or, someone dropped a trailer cockeyed taking 2 spots. The phone number on the sign didnt work. I sent an email to the 24/7 contact, and they reached out to me after about 30-40min. John T, reached out and set everything straight, gave me another list of numbers and one of them was empty. Would of been a 5 star, if it was just customer service, its a 4 for lack of management getting on to people taking 2 spots with one dropped trailer. Ect. Great job John, took a 1 star review to a 4. Very helpful.
Very happy
On December 22, 2025, I became a member of Truck Parking Club and booked my first night at the Vineland, New Jersey location. The sign-up, booking, and payment process was easy. Their website and app clearly show site details and images, which helps drivers know exactly what to expect and where the parking area is located. After leaving a review on Truck Parking Club’s website, I received a call from Robert thanking me for becoming a member and for taking the time to write the review. That meant a lot. In an industry that can often feel cold and impersonal, this was a welcome change. Thank you, Robert, and thank you, Truck Parking Club.
