Nick did the home inspection on our new house. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. His report was prompt and pointed out both issues that needed to be dealt with and areas that may need attention later, but didn't necessarily need to be dealt with prior to purchase. He also gave very tangible suggestions in how we might address some issues.
