I've been waiting to get my product…
I've been waiting to get my product shipped to me since June 24th when I notice it was shipped to the wrong address. I emailed your company and never heard back. I located the support phone number, and Alicia was very helpful getting things straightened out. Hopefully I will finally get to try Forge Men.

I've tried countless skincare products…
I've tried countless skincare products over the years, and Forge Men Tallow is the real deal. This stuff actually works.
My skin used to get dry and irritated, especially in winter. Since switching to this tallow balm, that's completely gone. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy film, and a little goes a long way so the jar lasts forever.

Would have given a 5 star review but the whole time the agent was trying to upsell other products and that was a shock as your product is rather expensive to begin with. I purchased the 6 month program to get a 90 day return rather than than a quick 30 day return. I hope for the best will review again in 30 day progress once recieved. Until then thanks

The customer support from this company is phenomenal. I've never experienced anything like it. I've just started using the forge facial cream so it hasn't had time to fully work. But I can say this so far. My skin feels really good. Like it's swallowing up moisture that it had been deprived of. I have no reservations about seeing the further changes in the coming weeks. They didn't make me wait weeks to reply to my issue of return. They took care of it right away, unlike other online companies and sell false product and then disappear after purchase. Thank you Forge. You have ethics and are responsible.

Today was my first order with Forge…
Today was my first order with Forge Men. When I placed the add on order Amex blocked it as possible fraud or whatever reason. Emailed support and literally within minutes, literally a few minutes, I had a response. Now that is unheard of customer support these days. A few minutes later I had an email with an updated invoice for me to purchase the additional products at the discounted price. Asked about a Military discount, the response was absolutely and applied to my entire order. Hope this is the start of a long relationship with Forge Men. Cannot wait for supplements to arrive and to start feeling the effects!!!!
