I did not lose any weight on their tirzepatide. I had great success on semaglutide through a different company 195 lbs down to 160 lbs. when I got off it I gained 10 lbs so I though I would start again on tirzepatide. I was 170 lbs when I started and 180 after 6 months on the Rx provided through yucca health. I actually gained weight.
EDIT/UPDATE: After posting this, Yucca Health reached out and admitted that my 6-month lack of results warranted a partial refund of $387.50. However, they then claimed their system (Stripe) wouldn't allow a refund to my card, and refused to send a check, Zelle, or PayPal. Instead, they tried to force me to take "store credit" to buy more of their products in exchange for modifying this review. Buyers beware: if the product doesn't work for you, they will try to buy off your negative review with useless store credit.

I've been with Yucca for 7 months and hit my goal weight. The only side effect has been hair loss and it's a lot! It's made me have to stop the medication but I have to let people know how amazing their customer service is. Menreeve processed my issue so quickly and made sure to take care of me through every step of becoming a member, being a member and having to stop. If I can figure out my hair issues I will go back to Yucca. They have helped me to feel like myself again. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Yucca for helping this person feel like their true self again.

Not off to a good start at all. Never got to speak to anyone as requested. The dose I was previously on was not an option on your page. I also wanted to ask about the peptides but zero response. Instead , product was sent to me without even getting to speak to someone and the product sat outside my door for 48 hours. I will not be using it. It needs to be sent back. I expect to be contacted immediately. I left my number. No one called

Very happy customer
I have been with Yucca Health for 6 months and have been very happy with the service and products. The customer service is exceptional. I recently worked with Menreeve to renew my prescription order. He was quick to reply to questions and was very helpful and thorough. The app is easy to use, and it is simple to ask questions and get answers from both doctors and customer service. Delivery of the products and quality have also been great. I couldn’t be happier.

I did have a misunderstanding with the amount and the way the billing takes place, but after a little conversation with them we were able to find a plan that worked perfectly for me. Within a couple of hours it was fixed my approval was submitted and my prescription was on the way to the pharmacy.

Life-Changing Support and Excellent Customer Care
I’ve been on a GLP-1 program through Yucca for about a year now, and my experience has been genuinely life-changing. I’ve lost over 100 pounds so far and am continuing on the program with strong results and support.
One of the biggest things that stood out to me was how they handled a shipping mix-up I had. There was an overlap between prescriptions—one shipment arrived later that conflicted with a previous order that had already been set up, and the timing ended up making things a bit complicated on my end. I reached out to them, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. They reshipped a corrected order at no extra cost and made sure I was set up properly going forward.
What really impressed me is how responsive and caring they are. It doesn’t feel like you’re just dealing with a service—it feels like they actually want you to succeed and stay on track with your program.
