Dedicated and knowledgeable team of professionals. They truly make you feel cared for and bring a differentiated, bespoke strategy to each case. They really think outside the box.
My O1 process was an excellent experience, and I'm now continuing with my EB1!
Tukki handled my O1 process with outstanding professionalism. They really understand how stressful the journey can be and offer constant support. They're available 24/7 and always quick to respond. Their use of AI makes a big difference too, helping move things along much faster than traditional manual processes. I highly recommend them. After the success of my O1, I'm now working with them on my EB process as well.
Very smooth experience
The team is very responsive and my experience was A+. I started my initial h1b transfer conversation with the team at the beginning of April and the case material was sent out at the beginning of May. After waiting for ~3 weeks, my h1b transfer was approved!
The team is extremely responsible
The team is extremely responsible, competent, experts at what they do. The platform is really easy to use and allowed me to have clarity on where we were in the process, what was missing, who was responsible for each of the items. My application was extremely well drafted, very complete, no details were missing.
EB1A with Tukki
I used Tukki to apply for an EB1A visa (green card), and I only have wonderful things to say about them. In contrast to my previous experiences with big law firms, working with Tukki was far more personalized and transparent. Their diligence and communication were spot on throughout the process. They also stand out for being more tech-savyy than traditional law firms, with a polished website that helps you upload, track and get feedback on all the supporting evidence for your case. It was incredibly helpful for keeping everything organized and avoiding mistakes or omissions in the filing. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend them!

Outstanding Support for O-1 Visa – Tukki Made the Difference
After a stressful experience with another legal team, I turned to Tukki—and I’m so glad I did. From the start, their approach was organized, transparent, and supportive. Tukki helped me build a solid O-1 visa case. They guided me through every step—from identifying the right documentation to addressing potential red flags early. The platform ensured smooth communication, quick responses, and a well-coordinated process throughout. What I appreciated most was the honesty and clarity. They never made false promises, but gave me confidence by doing everything thoroughly and professionally. If you're navigating a complex immigration process, Tukki is the platform to trust. They’ve built something rare: a premium, supportive experience that actually delivers results.
I loved working the Tukki team …
I loved working the Tukki team and using their product. The experience was overall way batter than working with a traditional law firm: they were super available, patient, and with a scrappy can-do startup mind. I recommend them!
Great company with great people and results
I first came across Tukki during a McKinsey pitch competition and, after speaking with Ramiro, one of the founders, decided to pursue my EB-1 visa with their assistance. Working with Tukki was a refreshing experience, vastly different from typical interactions with U.S. lawyers who charge hourly rates and often waste valuable time on unnecessary chatter. Tukki offers clear, transparent pricing for the entire process and is consistently available whenever needed. They provided outstanding support, guided me step-by-step, and thoroughly prepared me for each stage of the visa application. My experience was excellent, and I always recommend them enthusiastically to my friends.
