Website was down for 2 years because of Turbify misled incorrect information!
I’ve spent the last two years trying to get answers about why my website crashed, and my experience with Turbify/Yahoo Small Business has been consistently disappointing. The first agent sent me on a wild goose chase, insisting I track down a Joomla developer to diagnose a problem they should have been able to explain. Since then, I’ve dealt with misinformation, broken promises, unreturned calls, and support that felt unprofessional and poorly trained.
After all the runaround, I finally learned the truth — something that should have been disclosed from the start. Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to think carefully before choosing Turbify/Yahoo Small Business. Reliable support and transparency matter, and I didn’t receive either.
Some good improvements to the overall system and customer service, I'm really pleased. As a long time user, I feel happy that the overall user experience is becoming easier.
I needed to change my subscription plan, and was guided through the process professionally and easily. I've had a subscription with Turbify since 2003, and have always been very satisfied.
