At that moment we did not have the indices, thats why you could not find S&P 500 few month ago. And the system should you stocks and ETFs available under the same ticker. Worst data company - keep away. Lacks basic data as VIX and refuses refunds. Worst customer service.

it‘s really good，but it‘s not cheap if want to use the full websocket. Hope in the future, the user can pay for the single access like wti future for who only want to get, or can choose to subscribe certain things rather than buy a range of data.

First, everything looked amazing. The documentation is nice and everything went smoothly in the beginning. Then, I needed a data addon, confirmed with support that this is available and upgraded to a premium plan. Afterwards, I spend 3 weeks (!!) chatting with support because the data was not available.
