Payment was done fast except that they said one of my boxes had a tear in it. My husband and I both inspected all of my boxes before I packaged them up and there was no tears on any one of them . So I do not know how they received one with a tear! What a rip off!!! I will never do business with this company again. Trying to rip off elderly people!

We reached out to Trudy regarding her adjustment by phone, and even offered the video of us opening her shipping box and removing the box that had a tear on it (the condition we found it in) to put her mind at ease. When we process supplies, we can only report what we find after opening her box. Based on our findings (on video) it was damaged before shipping or during transit. She said she doesn't care if we have video; she thinks it's a rip-off. Unfortunately, we can't help when someone isn't willing to review the video or be reasonable regarding an adjustment. The video clearly shows the one box being removed from her shipment in that condition. That's why we video tape all processing for full transparency. Trudy was paid in in a timely manner for the supplies that weren't damaged, and we adjusted her quote $20 for the one box that was damaged. If this was a rip-off, we imagine over 8,000+ sellers would not leave an avg 4.9 star review (on all our platforms), that we are very grateful for. Regardless, we know we can't please everyone all the time, we appreciate her business and wish her all the best.
