Everything arrived promptly. 1 box was open not sure if anything has fallen out- nothing in the post van but could have fallen out in transit anywhere. I will only know when I build the system in the Spring, but so far excellent service.

Battery arrived quickly and in good order. It’s only been in use a couple of weeks but they were pressing for a review, no problems so far and if it remains reliable it will be excellent value for money.

Great battery’s, only 4 star , as you only supply 20amp chargers, I have 4 280 amp Batt, so you will see the issues.

Bought the 300A battery monitor

Bought the 300A battery monitor, arrived very quickly and is a good quality product. Installed it with no problems and is working perfectly.

Dangerous technical advice lead near fire!

I will be Demanding full refund and compensation. "I am writing this review after an incredibly stressful and, ultimately, dangerous experience with Eco-Worthy. This goes far beyond a simple faulty product; the actions of their staff put my safety and property at risk. My solar system kit arrived in August, but the panels were delayed until late September. When they finally arrived, two panels were dented, and one was completely smashed. I accepted a small partial refund for the dented frames to move forward, but the replacement panel was of completely different, and frankly, bad workmanship. Eco-Worthy told me I had to keep it as long as it worked. After finally getting the system set up in October, the battery kept going into BMS protection mode. I discovered through my own research that it needed calibration, a critical step that was not included in Eco-Worthy's incorrect and unsafe instructions. After performing the calibration, the battery entered protection mode again. My research indicated a faulty cell, and for my own safety, I disconnected the system. My attempts to get technical support from the UK team have been completely ignored. The representative I spoke with multiple times via WhatsApp did not understand the technical issues, refused to connect me with a qualified person or a manager, and ignored my requests for a full refund and compensation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The situation turned dangerous when he asked me to "swap the cables around on the multimeter," a request I later realized was extremely reckless. I followed his instruction, and a spark came off the batteries, followed by the smell of melting plastic and a puff of smoke. His incompetence nearly caused a fire and could have severely injured me. I immediately ceased all communication and demanded a full refund and compensation. His response? An insulting £30 offer for the multimeter. Eco-Worthy's products are not fit for purpose, their instructions are dangerous, and their customer service is willfully incompetent. They have ignored my consumer rights at every turn. I no longer trust their products or their staff. I am now seeking formal legal advice and have reported this incident to the relevant authorities. This was a significant purchase for me, and the emotional and financial cost has been immense. No one should have to go through this." Order number #31346 and also ordered an extra battery can’t find order number for that.

Once again great service solar panel is top quality and very fast delivery ,this is my 4th solar panel from eco-worthy and all work well up here in Scotland.

Some confusion as to the number of…

Some confusion as to the number of panels actually ordered (8) but only 7 delivered. However, an email sorted this out and missing panel was duly delivered.

Brilliant but marred by delivery choices

Quick despatch of products, only marred by them using EVRI for delivery of part of the order, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. EVRI have proven themselves time and time again, utterly useless, and completely full of deceit; I get the feeling they are using AI to bolster their ratings on the likes of Trustpilot, as the service I have repeatedly endured is utterly abysmal. Eco-Worthy's customer support has thus far been really supportive, with special thanks to Ivy; it has been greatly appreciated. My only suggestion for an improvement of service, is not using EVRI, who seem to take pleasure in abusing the trust of, and frustrating both the sender and purchaser alike. I vow now to protect my own sanity by engaging with vendors, to ensure I do not have to waste any more of my life being left in limbo by EVRI's atrocious joke cloaked as a delivery service.

Very efficient battery. I had to big old lead acid battery's that where loosing power and switching off my inverter each night. Now one of these could last for days, I'm so happy with this purchase I am strongly considering buying another one.
