Asked to be patient 3 times for a simple delivery that was supposed to take 7 - 15 days. Been waiting 32 days and still no arrows. No excuses, no help and starting to believe I've been scammed out of my money. Will never shop at Huntingdoor again, very unprofessional.

Always a great company to deal with. Items are always good quality and yet very reasonably priced. Delivery is quite fast and has always been within stated times. I would recommend this company without reserve.
Placed my order it was sent as two deliveries one arived one got lost contacted them and they where extremely helpful offering to resend the missing delivery if not arived in the 5 days they asked me to wait royal mail found and delivered the bow the day before all the way they where happy to chat and where willing to make sure I was satisfied

All delivered as advertised a little longer wait with one item but it did eventually turn up and I was kept informed of its progress across the continents
I would have given 5 stars but the limbs I ordered came without any bolts and therefore I had to cut down the original bolts which were too long for the new limbs
Excellent products and fantastic customer service with shipping updates, highly recommend and will be using again in the future!
