I like the options and checkout was easy. I would say the tracking was not updated or a delivery date provided so while the product arrived quite quickly, I didn't know when to expect it. As someone who lives in an area where items are stolen if left outside too long it's always best to know when packages are coming. I also found that searching for items I had looked at previously were a little difficult to find.

Great clothes great service.
The quality of the product(s) is what makes Ulla Popken one of my favorite plus size women's clothing sources. The selection is varied and beautiful. And the fit/sizing is spot on. I haven't had to reach out too often for customer support, but when I've had to, they are great. Very attentive and quick to address my issue. All around great women's clothier!

I gave 4 stars. Very high quality materials. I love the fabric contents, the colors of the fabrics and I like the easy care of the items I buy. Most of what I buy is 100% cotton, wash and hang to dry. I also love the cooling effect of some of the fabrics too. Shipping is top notch, always arriving within a few days. I gave 4 stars because sometimes the tunics are longer than advertised.

I like Ulla Popken's customer service and swift delivery, but I am very disappointed that they are not offering the cotton-blend yoga pants that I've been buying for years. The alleged replacement (French terry sport pants) is mostly polyester (hot) and runs VERY big. I am swimming in a 12/14 even though a wear a size 12 jean.
