I was a little nervous buying a pre-order key from one of the cheap websites. I settled on gaming dragons as it had the cheapest pre-order price around for Dark Souls III. I'm happy I decided to take the plunge. I got my pre-order steam key with plenty of time to pre-load to steam before the game unlocked. I sent a message to customer service and they we're quick to respond with relevant information. I got the best deal around price wise and I couldn't be more pleased.
I placed my order after finding they sold the game I wanted about 60% cheaper. I paid by Paypal and my account has been verified since 2000. After about 40 minutes I recieved an e-mail saying they needed to verify I was the owner of my PayPal account by sending them a picture of my ID or Passport clearly showing my name. I sent a photo back and within another 40 minutes I received another email requesting additional proof - which is crazy for an item that was $23! They needed a picture of me holding my ID... After sending that and I figured they'd need a written statement from a grade school teacher or something just as asinine. Another 30 minutes goes by and I get a link to my account where they had taken a picture of a PSN code. Thankfully it worked. I should say its refreshing Gaming Dragons is so concerned about seller/buyer security, but doesn't Paypal cover all of this automatically? I would happily buy from them again, but I imagine they lose a lot of sales from paranoia they create with their verification process.
Hello. Sorry about making you feel inconvenience. We do take these steps to avoid unauthorized payments, we wish PayPal would be responsible enough to implement proper security over their payment system but you can read over here that they do very little and close to nothing if you look over here: https://www.google.com/#q=paypal+hacked&tbs=qdr:m We must implement security of our own on flagged payments just to make sure that its all fine and everything is verified by the owner of the payment and that it is indeed authorized to be charged. Wrong information about the game (Sacred 2 Gold Edition): in the website they say that the game have 4 languages; that's false, it's only in English. As well as, in the web they say that the game will be delivered in 2 hours at the most; i had to wait 7 hours, in spite of the payment was done immediately. Later, when I tried to download the downloader.exe, it was corrupted. After trying and downloading it several times, I got that the game started to be downloaded. After installing it, when I executed the game, it appeared without any text. I had to navegate during hours to find a solution (a file was missing), because they need a lot of time to answer, and their answers are useless. Finally, they haven't even given me the code for playing online. That's all an ironic joke. I don't recommend this site at all.
Hello. The game is indeed in English only, sorry about that. Sorry if you feel that replies were useless and not instant. We're not to blame over game implications as its quite old and require to tweak around to get it working properly as most older games do. Regarding online, there is no longer online play as the game server were shut down in 2015, but you can play LAN. Anyhow you were fully refunded due the missing languages. Thanks. Alex.

I got the game eventually, 12 hours after the order. Service is slow and they seem to be "running out" of games all the time. For a service working in 2016 via website, the speed of things is just not good enough when compared to other companies. But like I said, I got the game eventually so the least I can do is to say that the service is trustworthy, it is not a scam even if it makes you feel uncomfortable while waiting for the key/code. In their reply they said: "Since you have disputed the original payment we cannot deliver the items ordered." - which is weird since the money have been charged from my account and I have the game, with 15 hours of playtime behind. I wonder if the workers themselves know what's going on in their systems. But I still would like to raise my review from 1 star to 3 stars, since I got my game eventually with a fair price. Too bad my experience felt like that I was doing business with amateurs. Anyway, got what I wanted in the end and the product is in good working order. Thank you for that, at least. I'm from Holland and I needed a German psn card for a friend asap. Because it was an emercency, I needed one fast and this site was one of the first site that popped up via google. So normally when u order a psn card online, you will get it right after paying. So I payed via paypal and still no answer. One hour later I got an email with the question if I still wanted the card, because it was for German psn only. Then I replied that I still wanted the card. So some hours past and still no answer and they didnt respond to my emails. Then after a couple hours I decided to cancel this order and buy one on another website. So I did and I get a psn card right away on that other website. After that I send another email to this site, that i want to cancel my order. So finally after that I got an email, with the psn card. Now i'm still waiting for an answer and refund, because i will not touch that card since I bought one somewhere else. Hopefully we can work this all out.

Horrible experience with this site. Bought a game, didn't received the code in the 2 hours limit and next day they asked me for my ID. What the hell? For what reason they want my photo and id? Asked for a refund. I don't trust a site that is asking for my sensitive info, like my ID Card. They stated that the request is for security reasons. (?) That's funny and strange in the same time. Never ever in my life (i have 35) an online store requested such info when i've payed for a service online. Strange enough to don't trust them. More than that, you must read the "terms" to find out that they are entitled to request your id and "other things". Instead helping you, they are throwing in your face the story with "you accepted the terms". Thanks, but no thanks.

I have used this site once before and it was great i received my code fast and had no problems. But now i have bought the division and when i received my code it had already used. Now i am wondering if i will get a new code or if i will be refunded for my purchase. Edit: Gamingdragons got in touch quite fast and sent me a replacement code which i had no problems with. Second purchase with Gaming Dragons, really can't faulty them. First order I was very wary as I hadn't purchased a game in this way before (usually from a shop or from steam/Origin), read some of there FAQ's and thought I would go for it, everything went smoothly. There prices are so good it kind of feels like its too good to be true! I have gone as far as adding there page to my bookmark bar :D

I bought a CD key online and made an instant payment via Paypal to Gaming Dragons. The company accepted my payment and sent me an email stating "As soon as the payment will be approved you will receive your CD-Key to the email provided", However I then received an email stating that to verify payment I needed to prove that I was the real holder of the Payment account?? I was instructed to send them a copy of my Passport or Driving License which needed to be photographed or scanned. I was informed that this was to prevent scams. I was unwilling to disclose such personal information to an online company I'd never heard of previously so cancelled the transaction. I'm all for online security but I've never experienced this before where a company ask for such personal details when they have already received payment via a renowned and trusted site such as Paypal. Furthermore, Gaming Dragons does not advertise the fact that they require such information until after they've taken your payment. Time wasters!!

I've tried buying R6 Siege from GD two times. The first time was on a weekend, on which Siege was on a special offer, so I can understand that the keys ran out. I can't, however, forgive that they took about 10 hours to tell me. The refund took about 4 days, and that is way too long. Now I've tried buying it again, and I've waited over an hour for the key. This time the game is NOT on a special offer, it's just a lower price. As the title stated; so far not impressed at all. Other sites has never failed me with this, keys are delivered in an instant, and any problems, the customer service has taken care of faster than, yeah. 2/5 +Low prices +Low VAT +Friendly customer service -Crappy delivery time -Crappy response time Maybe I'll change my mind if they shape the heck up with the delivery of the keys. Edit: Bumped it up to 3 stars after a very nice (no sarcasm) mail from GamingDragon. They explained some things, and I got something out of it. I will probably revise my review - read; write a new one - in the future, considering the response from them. It will then all come down to how my future order is handled.
Even though it was a pre-order and they've clearly written that delivery will be on release day, I got my key even 4 days before that date. So I really can't complain about their delivery time. Key worked perfectly fine, very readable scan. Ordered something a while ago and had a nice experience and wasn't disapointed this time as well. One from two of my favorite key resellers! Keep up the good work! :)
