I made my order for my 2020 Chevy it came in and a problem accrued with the module they had me send it back with a payed label and sent me a new one with in a few days got it installed and working great

This is my second z-flash purchase 1st one was for a 2023 gmc I loved it no issue but the most recent one I bought was for a 2025 f150 and it was fine for a week then put my truck into electrical lemp mode

It sounds like the ground wire coming from the harness was not connected correctly. We have tried to contact you via phone and email to resolve this issue, but have not heard back.

This is the 4th control i have purchased from Ultra. Two for GMC one for Chevy and this one was for a dodge. They have all been perfect the product does everything it clams and this last unit for the dodge one of my shop guys broke a plug his fault 100%. I called ultra and two days later i had replacement it was that easy.
