Delivery was quick, packaging was really good - did not need to steam drapery before hanging. Color as pictured, blackout linkng effective. Withholding 1 star only as I had no reason to contact customer service but that is huge part of overall satisfaction

Beautiful Roman shade. High quality fabric. Was wavy to hang.
The company was very easy to work with and communicative. I love my custom roman shade and it functions well. It fits my window perfectly and the color and fabric is beautiful. It also shipped quickly for a custom order which I was so happy about.
I haven't even received my custom curtains and I really hope I love them but the service so far is non existent. You can only chat with them and it takes days to get a response and it sounds like AI when you do. I ordered over a month ago and still no curtains. I know they are in shipping but they have taken much longer than I was told when ordering and the lack of communication is disappointing.

Our curtains are so beautiful!! Super happy with the quality. The little smiley face button detail was unexpected and so sweet! The packaging was great and customer service was great too!
