I ordered 2 sweatshirts as Christmas gifts. These sweatshirts were very poor quality & looked NOTHING like the pictures advertising them. The color, the material, the screen print all horrible. When asking to return, the company stated it would be on me to ship back to China ( more than the cost of the sweatshirts $70). They offered a $30 return which I accepted but they never came through on returning any of my $.
Highly, highly suggest you avoid ordering from these scammers. I ordered my items on 12/29/24. The items were not "shipped" until 1/24/25, after I reached out to customer support to ask what was taking so long. They stated there was a delay, and then emailed me the items were "delivered". I never received any package, no items were received. So I asked Unifitstyle to send me a picture to verify delivery, they didn't have one (OF COURSE). So then I asked them to investigate this matter for me. They refused to assist, and told me to file a lost package on USPS website. I tried, and there was an error when attempting because "the package was not sent with insurance". So I emailed Unifitstyle again, they told me to go into a USPS store and ask for assistance. So I did that, still looking for my package. USPS told me it was Unifitstyle responsibility to file this claim. So again, I communicated that with Unifitstyle. After all this, they REFUSED to help or refund. I did everything requested of me, and they refused to help me further. Imagine buying something online, being provided no proof it was actually delivered, and then being told there will be no refund. REVIEW: -Ordered package, after 30 days I reached out to advise location. -They told me it was now delivered (it wasn't) -They provided me no photos or evidence that the delivery was made (of course) -They kept asking me to do things, which I did, and then still provided no help -No refund made, SCAM!

The clothing is nice. And I like everything about the website. But, they don’t send me a tracking number or at least give me a date that it would be here.

Ordered on January 18th. The package still hasn’t even shipped yet. Emailed to see what the deal was but all they said was their Chinese partners were celebrating a holiday. I get it, but they should have put that on their site. I have a feeling I’m going to be out $50. Even if the product is good the communication is horrible.
I'll be honest.. I read some of the reviews and then realized the product shipped straight out of China.. I was not anxious. I WAS WRONG!!!!! Amazing product. I bought a hoodie, sweater, and t shirt.. all amazing, soft, great quality, packaged in water tight bags and shipped.. yeah it took a couple weeks to get here.. but definitely worth it.
I wish I could leave zero stars. Extremely dishonest company. Send different material than pictured on website and expect you to pay shipping back to China to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I had to reach out to customer service due to an error on my part and they were incredibly fast at responding to my email. They fixed the problem for me quickly and the entire experience was a good one. The hoodie I ordered is awesome and I’ll definitely order from them again.
