Ordering was easy but I found out soon after that my grandson had already bought the sweatshirt I ordered. I sent an email to cancel about an hour after ordering but one day later still no response. It would’ve been great to have the cancel option on the website or a link on the order. It says you can cancel within 24 hours. Confusing about how to do that. Also no phone number to call only email which is not great customer experience.

The material is awful, does not run true to size. The letter “F” on the forgiven was placed upside down. Was told that I could not get a refund but I could get 20% off. Just terrible all the way around for a company that sells Christian clothing.

It took extremely long to get here for one and then when it finally did I was extremely disappointed. The sweaters are so stiff and not soft. I got three times my size so that it would be oversized as most sweat shirts should be and it is form fitting to me with no stretch at all.
