GREAT AMERICAN COMPANY!
Purchased a USA flag and an Iowa flag and have been flying them all summer. However, the Iowa flag couldn’t take the Iowa winds. I contacted USA Flag company and gave them an FYI on the Iowa flag. Lo and behold they sent me a new Iowa flag FREE. This is a great American company and has excellent customer service. I will be telling all my friends where to get all their flags – USA FLAG CO. !!!

So these are really good flags if you get the ones rated for full time fly outdoors. The Texas & USA flags I got from amazon lasted all of 6 months. Admittedly they were nylon and I believe the ones I got from here were polyester....but right out of the box you will notice they are quality flags and are going to last.
Came in 1 day
Came in 1 day Flag is beautiful and so well made
Well worth the purchase price for what you get.
The flag is of very good material and construction. The quality of the material is thicker than most flags advertised on line. Also the stars are sewn and not dyed. Each stripe is also sewn rather than dyed. This flag replaced another just like it. My flag flies 24/7 no matter the weather and has held up well over a year. Shipping was also very quick. Received the flag in just a couple of days of order.
Poor quality. USA Flag only posts positive reviews
Last month, (beginning of August 2025), I bought a US flag to display flat. It is not rectangular. It's not even close. It measures 62" across the top, 64" across the bottom, 36" on the right side and 35" on the left side. Looking at it, it is obviously out-of-dimension. I posted a review on USA Flag's website and gave it two stars and explained why. I got an email asking me to confirm that my review was authentic. To which responded. That was at least three weeks ago. To add insult to injury, the review was never posted. No wonder they only have good reviews. What a waste of money. I'm going to have to buy another flag. This one is not good enough to display.
Pole pollster
I had already ordered 2 flags and was impressed with their quality and the speed with which they arrived. I ordered the pole to accommodate the smaller flag, and was again impressed with the promptness of delivery and quality of product.
Durability is key
The durability of this outdoor flag is key. It has to sustain 24/7 usage. It flys well with minimum winds. I personally dislike a flag that is torn and tattered. It is disrespectful to our nation. I will give a few months of wear to evaluate better. My last flag was becoming faded but no fraying.
Very happy custoner
The notifications about my purchase and the shipment were good. Fast delivery and everything was packaged great. Nice flag, pole and hardware and easy to put together. The mount for the pole is heavy duty and I like the set screws to keep the pole from turning and or being loose. It was worth the money.
Ordering was easy

Initially ordered the wrong flag size
Initially ordered the wrong flag size. Sent the company an email on the weekend and got an immediate response that a refund would be made and given an RA #. Outstanding customer service!

USA FLAG
I guess I didn’t read the item description when I purchased the two flagpoles, I thought they included the USA flags.
