Many people also pointed out that the portable storage drives fail to hold the promised massive capacity, often overwriting existing data or arriving completely non-functional.
Some reviewers were not happy with the complicated refund process and the complete lack of communication from customer support when trying to resolve problems. Visitors also noted experiencing significant delivery delays, receiving heavily damaged packaging, or finding missing components upon opening their parcels.

Their 32TB SSD drives are a total scam and I should have known better. And they are still selling them! I just saw an ad for one tonight. I wish I had checked this site before I made the purchase. Thankfully Applepay will get my money back.
It was obvious that what I received was not an SSD hard drive, as the case was far too light. It showed up as the expected 32Tb drive, but someone below explains it's actually a microSD card with software that convinced Windows it is 32 Tb. They offered a 50% refund or a gift voucher for their "shop". PayPal recovered the money
When I saw that add on YouTube about a 32TB Portable SSD for a cost of just £34.00, I actually came to check on what it is.
I'll admit, it DID hooked me up at first, but then I finally noticed the WEBSITE it was sold on, and then I realised that I NEVER heard of it before while it claims to have been trusted by hundred millions of users worldwide, so from here on I become slightly sceptical about how legit it actually is, because offer just seemed to be too good to be actually true ESPECIALLY on site of some no-name brand company I never heard of, second, I noticed the weird thing about reviews, there were just 50 of them and apparently they were all positive with usernames being covered with *s for absolutely no reason and dates of reviews being months ago and all being almost at the same date, third, other products on the website, I come to check on them too and noticed that unlike our little scam product here, those didn't even had reviews at ALL. So as you might have guessed, I searched the web for this "usbest1" website, and first thing I see is Trustpilot page of it, and here my suspicions were finally proven right away with all people here accusing it of being a total scam.
That's why people should use common sense in their lives to not get caught up on such an OBVIOUS scam.
Thanks for your attention, peace out!
I ordered a 3-pack, thinking this would be great. It took forever to receive the drives, and once I did, I tested them right away. It does show up as a 32TB drive. Their claims of 4000mb/s speed are total bogus. The highest speed I obtained was 114mb/s. About the same speed as a cheap V30 SD card. I was curious why this could be. The first thing I did was request a refund via PayPal; the second thing was to take one of the drives apart. Inside was a single 64GB microSD card attached to a circuit board with a chip that somehow makes your operating system think it is 32TB. Do'nt do it! Total scam. I was lucky I purchased through PayPal, who are great for scam returns like this.
IT IS A FAKE COMPANY . I HAVE ORDERED TWO PORTABLE STORAGE FOR COMPUTER . ORDER ARRIVED. IT IS ONLY CASE. NO PORTABLE STORAGE. THEY ARE FAKE AND CHEATERS. I HAVE HEARED THEM THROUGH FACEBOOK. THEY SHOULD SUIED . AND PUT THEM BEHIND BARS . PUBLIC SHOULD NOT BE CHEATED. FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEIR ADVERTISEMENT.
WARNING WARNING WARNING! This is a SCAM ARTIST SELLER. I ordered 3x 32TB SSD Drives but NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING! They used COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE so nothing was trackable nor delivered by the USPS. Hopefully paypal has my back on this issue.
I ordered the 33TB SSD. It arrived DOA. They refused to replace it, but had the gall to ask me is I'd accept an *80% REFUND*!! Are they really thieves??
I told them I wouldn't accept that and wanted it replaced with another unit. I added that since they sold me a useless item I expect them to pay return shipping if they want the defective unit back.
Communications stopped there.
UNLESS THEY CAN REPLACE THE SSD, I WOULD *NEVER* RECOMMEND BUY FROM THEM.
If they choose to do the right thing and sent me another 32TB SSD at no charge, I might modify my review.
Worse than bad, total rip and they never responded when I enquired about returning the glasses that simply don’t work.
THE GLASSES THAT THEY CLAIM AUTOFOCUS DO NOT.
Too late for me I got screwed. Wasted my money. I can only hope you read this before you purchase. Do not buy this product. Considering how many commercials I see on YouTube it’s clear they don’t care if we get ripped off.
This company keeps selling on YouTube 32GB SDS drives that are bogus. They are not 32GB and are a scam. Even if they did work, they only have a small flash drive glued into the structure. Once less than actual 1 GB drive is full, it rewrites over the former data, making it appear as if it's 32GB. Many YouTubers have proof showing it is a scam. USBest1 will not honor its warranty or even return concerns when they are contacted. Stay away from USBest1 ! YouTube needs to take their ads down!
This is a scam website/short clip, a China company, in my perticular case, a short clip selling SSD (solid state drives) under a German maker from a website called usbest1.com. Do not let this short clip, fool you. These short clips is found everywhere online and soon will disapear. Why do they dissapear? Because most are scams/deceptions'. *Note, most of these short clips are the same, deceptions'. A way to take money from your card. Aways check to see if the website, that is selling the product is ligit. Go to www://https: trustpilot.com, enter that website, read the results. If the website does not come up, Stop. That should tell you something, do not move forward.
Do your research, don't get scammed. This is not an advertisement for trustpilot.
Their 32TB SSD Drives have a faked drive ID that make them appear to hold 32TB, but actually hold far less - about 500MB in my case.
This was confirmed by a computer technician.
Based on this, I would not trust any products from this company at all.
This is not a reputable company and the FTC should be investigating and revoking their ability to sell in the United States. Also, note the are advertising on Google and Youtube. My recent experience was this shown below:

So with this in mind to quote Karl Maulden:
"What will you do, What will you do?"
Like others here, I was watching the ad for the lawn trimmer on YouTube. The ad on YouTube said the item was being sold for $70 but the "Buy It Now" link took me to their website where it was actually being sold for $89. Way too much for Chinese junk. The website ad shows "Dr. Michael Hartmann, Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Berlin Institute of Technology" in an AI generated photo. A completely scam Chinese company.
This so called shopping site is nothing but a pure scam when they advertise any thing they are try to sell the product they show is not the product they send you the one in the advertisement is always bigger better and overblown and the claims they make about the product are Big Big LIES DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU SEE OR HEAR IN THE ADVERTISING THEY SELL YOU CHEAP JUNK NOT WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE ADVERTISEMENT
