I am happy to know I don't have to miss work in order to stand in line at my local vital records office. I was a bit surprised at the cost of this replacement. However, It was needed for my son's lerner's permit.

Fairly easy, but had to reenter my cc information 4 times. Each time I had the correct info.
Also I have received no birth certificate as of now, so a bit difficult to give a positive review until I receive what I need.

Easy to obtain document requested. Cost is outrageous. You know, there are still states that charge only $10 for a duplicate birth certificate.
