The Giant Japanese Ferns came well…
The Giant Japanese Ferns came well packaged . I am very happy with how healthy they are. I had also ordered some hostas from PW and one came upside down in too loose of soil with broken stems and no tag. I had ordered it as a gift. With photo I appealed to the customer rep who said that can happen in shipping and just plant it. It will be fine… I explained about the gift and how would the recipient know that it actually was a special one without the tag. I was kinda thinking a replacement would be the answer.. And they fedexed a tag. Hilarious . I always heard they were the best of the best and that’s what I wanted to give..but now , I don’t think they are. Thank you for hearing my tale and know that you moved up way above PW. Next time I’m in the market for plants I will check you out first. Again, thanks for 2 beautiful Japanese ferns.

This is the third time I have ordered from US Perennials and every time has been excellent. I have found unusual plants at great prices and they are all thriving (except for those eaten by deer, but the extensive descriptions help to minimize losses).
Good quality
I have always received good quality healthy plants. The plants are easy to unpack and they survive the shipping very well, thanks to the excellent packaging. Other places I have purchased from use a packing system that is a nightmare to unpack and repotting is required immediately. This is not the case with USPerennials. You can delay up potting and take your sweet time if you want.
