They advertise a product that I purchased, then sent me a substitute saying it was not a mistake then refused to make it right so I told them no worries I just won't ever purchase anything from them ever again!!
Sorry about that Mike it was our fault and we did ship you a new one: usps tracking 9200190267338837883889
A “get what you pay” piece of kit. Makes amazing soup in a fraction of the time. Well engineered, crazy light. Might be on the big side for motocamping. It’ll get regular use at home, I live alone so makes two servings. First ti piece of kit, intriguing….
Exceptional titanium wok! Been using it everyday since I got it. No regrets here... Highly recommended, buy with confidence!
I like the Titanium gear. Good spped of service on delivery. I do wish however that on the "mugs" the site would have specified that these do NOT have lids that can be fastened down as on the pressure cooker. I'm looking forward to trying it out.
Product is as described and is good quality. Arrived quicker than expected. I'm sure I'll be purchasing other items from you that I've been looking at. Thank you!
Ordered the titanium coffee pot.. was put in the mail right away.. got it quickly.. well made, nice item, works well.. They sent an email if I had any questions, I did about another product.. The question was personally answered within an hour or so.. Very good items, happy with the company..
The drip coffee maker is outstanding, the coffee does taste better
Ordering was simple and delivery was quick!
it came promptly, to my door & the delivery driver shut my gate to keep my fur folks safe - Amazon all too often forgets this last important step. as for the rice pot - I love it!
Recently received the purcilator and have used it twice. Coffee is great and love tge looks, feel and easy to clean coffee pot.
High dollar equipment no replacement parts until months later I bought damn near $500 and I returned every bit of it back no spare parts on American definitely Chinese. What can I say? Did I offend somebody?
From Pittsburgh to Memphis to Hyderabad and all points in between, I never leave home without my Valtcan!
Lightweight and easy to carry. The speed of delivery from order to delivery was great. I am telling others about your product.
Love this stuff, light as a feather, tough as nails
The product seems like poorly welded tubular titanium. I see 2 seams that will probably wear out with time and leave the hollow of the chopsticks exposed and open for liquids etc.
Seems like a quality product. Shipping was fast enough.
