Awesome Assistance for Changing an Order
I placed an order for counterweights, but hours later I discovered I ordered the ones for steel shafts by mistake. I reached out via email since it was on a weekend and the next day they responded to me saying they'd change the order for me to the ones for graphite. It saved me having to go through a return and reorder. Awesome service.
