Beware! Even if you think you’re done with them, they will charge you again!
I signed up in April and immediately cancelled my subscription. But nothing happened. They charged my card anyway. My bank gave me a provisional credit until they apparently got a refund from the company. Then believe it or not, less than 2 months later I got ANOTHER charge except this time it was for $96.13!!! I again contacted my bank and started a dispute for the charge. Again they gave me a provisional credit. However, they never received any payment from the company this time. And eventually took away my credit. So now I’m out the $96.13. Believe it or not I actually found the company’s website and contacted them regarding this. I just received an email from them (mind you, this is the first one that I have ever received from them at all!). It said they really understood but according to their refund policy they could only refund HALF of what I paid (without even knowing it by the way). This is where I’m starting with them now. If I ever get my refund I will come back here and let you all know how exactly I did it. If I don’t get a full refund, I will be contacting my state fraud department.
And I already did contact them. They said that they would only refund me for HALF of the $96.13.
