I found it challenging to go to links and other resources offered in the course and get back to the course in progress without having to restart the course. Very cumbersome and took more than the suggested time for the course and Exam.

Good experience once I was able to figure out transitioning to links and then how to get back to my course. It was a challenge. First time I had to start over and then it took me back to my place in the course. But I figured it out. I actually believe I learned more in this format. It took longer because there is some redundancy. But this forces learning. The last in person class I took, the instructor told us to mark this line - it will be on the test. I think that is wrong.

Horrible Interface and Bad Customer Service
I will never use Van Ed/360training.com again. Electronic voice and ridiculous page timers added a great deal of frustration and significantly increased the time to complete the course.
I let their "customer service" know about the issues so they could correct them, but they blew me off. Quality assurance is zero: it's obvious they don't care.
Van Ed/360taining.com: You should be ashamed of yourselves. I've relied on you for my CO real estate CE for years. Never again!
Note to potential new students: There are many other course providers out there. Save yourself hours and frustration - Don't waste your time and money on this company.

Lack of Disclosure of Questions Missed.
It's disappointing when a question is missed yet the correct answer is not displayed. Also concerned about the time the courses take to complete as they usually take longer to complete than stated. Lots of duplicate verbiage, misspelled words. Also would be helpful during the final exam, that I could mark the questions that I'd like to go back to and recheck. This particular Water Course, had too much legalese and information that is way over-board and not useful in real estate.

Courses don't change. Lack of variety. Took a course and never got certificate...called into your customer service (not very helpful) asked them to research, was given a ticket number and no one ever called me back with resolution. Courses expire too quickly in your system.

The class information was somewhat repetitive but covered the information necessary. The Credit class was a lesson in White Supremacy., even having a hand palm out signifying "STOP" that read "Whites Only" I am highly offended by that and so wish they would stick to pertinent material. This was so 1965. Not sure why its around any more.

Ok Learning, Surprised at Some Assessment Quesetions
It was overall an ok course to build understanding. However the material had some odd questions in a few of lesson assessments, and heavy repetition of questions asking the same thing in the final assessment. Don't plan to sit down in one go to do this. I broke it up over a few weeks. I was surprised at 118 questions for final assessment with about 20% of those questions repeating.
