The vapes had a taste to them like the burn at the end of a vape. I did email that there was a bad taste. But it is what it is. I'm still using the cartridge I have to clean them often to avoid the taste. This is on clickmates.

Fantastic customer service! This company/team goes above and beyond! A little history: I placed an order that they could not locate stock on, they immediately made contact and found a comparable vape and flavor that I am more than happy with. I will continue to use this company from here on out. Highly recommend this company!
Bad experience
Didnt have the vapes i ordered then sent me a different vape that only lasted 2 days and quit working

I had a terrible experience with DHL, and they charged me extra for my already expensive order :( Vape Closeouts contacted me as soon as they saw my complaint, and a gentleman named Steve spoke to me on the phone for half an hour, assisting my issue and reimbursed me the fee that DHL had charged me. I am so pleased with their customer service and the care they have for their customers. I couldn't have asked for a better business to help make sure my experience with them is good! I look forward to making another order soon, knowing I can fully trust Vape Closeouts 🙂 I order from Canada, which makes it a tad more expensive and complicated for payment, having to pay US $ from CA $ but they are here to help no matter what! They want to get down to the cause of the issue and fix it. They are by far my favorite vape company!
