I was given (sold) a defective nord 5, i noticed something wasnt right and wrote the date on the box, no battery life, lack of current made weak puffs. I've been trying to get in touch with the service department and no emails have been returned. I was sold an item that was old with a dead battery or it was defective. I had to buy a nord 4 from another store because I don't trust vapesouircing at all.

I ordered two weeks ago from USA warehouse and it hasn't shipped, reached out to your customer service and received a 3 word "will look into" response. totally unacceptable, I asked for shipping update or refund and have received neither. I paid for 3-7 day shipping too! absolute joke
Update, these jerks literally reached out and told me I have to wait longer while the shipping company updates tracking info. These guys are crooks, won't do the right thing after 2 weeks, blaming someone else. The problem isn't that I don't have tracking info, its that nothing has shipped for 2 weeks and they refuse to refund.

Everything came on time but I only didn't give it 5 stars because I had a pod that wasn't filled up all the way. But great service and delivery is always on time .

Not satisfied
I ordered on July 10th, my order didn’t get shipped until July 14th. I paided for expressed shipping. What I’ve noticed is the arrival of the orders are the same no matter if you do regular or express shipping. Regular shipping processes faster and express processes slower. I also filled out the inquiry form with my concerns and no one got back with me. But you sent me a survey. You don’t address my concerns but want to know how well you did. If your goal was not to address my issues and concerns, then heck you did great. Just in case your native language isn’t English that was sarcasm!
