Last time I got no working products, was suppose to get a refund bonus with my next one, was promised everything will go smoothly received the order yesterday and the case still isn't solved :(

How could it have worked if I received it from a Polish warehouse and it was sent back? I didn't even get a chance to change the address... plus I have to beg to get information about my otherwise not cheap package.
