Hi Peter! While we appreciate your feedback, our Support team has communicated with you that you are simply outside the qualifying terms of our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy can be easily found in our FAQ section as well as through our Support team at any time. Due to the number of downloads on your account, we were not able to provide you with a refund, but we were more than happy to help you with a cancellation! Our team completely took care of that for you, and you will not be charged further. Thank you for giving Vecteezy a try!
