The Velor board is top notch quality. It is helping me improve my strength and mobility. The exercise guide is very helpful. Works great for targeting quads, especially the VMO. Easily portable from the excercise room to the living room. Construction is solid and durable.
Used a similar fixed angle board at my gym for warmup work on legs and noticed the focus to quads. Saw this product, read some reviews and gave it a go. I enjoy it very much! like the adjustable angles and it's my go to for warmup of legs before rucks and runs along with programming for home workouts with sandbags.

I've been enjoying the Velor board my legs are going from stiff to feeling much better and I recommended this to anyone who doesn't have time to hit the gym,this board has alot of different workouts u can do at home on it.

There was an error with shipping, and they quickly fixed the problem and I finally got my board. I will say, that in the end it was worth it. Its a very nice piece of fitness gear that I suspect I will use for the rest of my life. So, the "cost" is really nothing and the reward is exceptional.

Although I love this board for helping make my ankles and calves more flexible and strong, I wish it went down at least one more notch for us older folks and beginners. Otherwise, it's great!
I had an ACL replacement and didn’t keep up with the exercises, was experiencing weakness and some discomfort. I’ve been using this for only a week and I see a great improvement.
I suffered a torn meniscus which was slow to heal and afterwards experienced stiffness. Using the Velor slant board has improved my mobility tremendously. The many stretching excercises has jumpstarted my routine I feel so much better after using the Velor slant board.

I received my board quick and was able to get right on it and follow along with the exercises provided. Love the deep stretch in my calf’s that it provides. I’m also having my teen hockey player use it daily to help with ankle mobility. Great product!
