First key didnt work, said already used. If that happens to you, just go to their website and look for the "Live Chat" on the bottom left of their help page. Their help agent, Sid, immediately provided another key that worked fine.

The first key i was given immediately after buying it didn’t work but after contacting customer support an employee named israt was able to help me through a long tedious process but in the end I did get it to work
After a major hardware failure around 5-ish months prior to this review, in which I had a gruelling wait for RMA/replacements on my Motherboard, CPU, Ram and PSU. I ran into an issue where windows themselves were unable to discern why my original key, purchased here nearly exactly a year before the incident, was registered as no longer valid. After brief communication with Windows themselves, they expressed that I should reach out to the seller directly and separately. In which I did, and as nearly as fast as I reached out, ISRAT responded, issued a replacement key, solving the issue as of now, and hopefully in the foreseeable future.
I bought an activation key for windows 11, but it not worked. I wrote to support team an get valid one on 5 min. The greatest customer service I ever seen. Bravo!
The WIN11 product key didn't work at first, but what truly made it amazing was that the customer service was available and were able to fix the problem relatively easily!
