If it wasn’t for Ivania from the 4933 Centrsl Ave location I would have been lost. I could not link onto the site to complete my application but I called she told me to come in and walked me through the application process. She is amazing, kind , patient and very professional. Incompetent software incapable of…
Incompetent software incapable of dealing with self employment situations. How many documents do you need to prove my income? Is for some reason a tax transcript, months of bank statements, client contracts and past invoices not enough? It presents a list of options, but only one of them works apparently, being the direct connection to the payroll system.

For self-employed applicants, we do accept 2025 tax documents as supporting proof of self-employment. However, we also require either bank statements or a direct bank connection showing your transactions for the past 90 days so we can complete the income review. A payroll connection is not the only option available for self-employed applicants. Smooth Process
Very easy and made it simple. It would be nice if this Verifast task would come along with application. I think this is a more important determinant than credit history.
