Provider did not show…
This is a competitive business and the provider did not show for my scheduled appointment. I have been in contact for over a week, to see if there is any sort of refund or discount I would be given and so far I have not had any resolution.

There was a mixup with my info and my original certification did not go through. Veriheal set up a new consultation at no charge. They followed up and followed through. Excellent service
