Highly recommend! I purchased a set of 2 abstract paintings from Vinchy Art and they were so beautiful! The process is very collaborative and the artist will adjust the painting according to any changes you’d like to make. You can also ask for an artist signature. The customer service team is very prompt to respond and provides excellent service. The colors and texture are amazing and they completed my bathroom beautifully! Thank you, Vinchy Art!
This company has great artwork and great customer service. The artwork is handmade after you order it but they somehow still manage to get it from overseas to America in less than two weeks. The paintings are unique and textured and their customer service is really really amazing.
The artwork that I purchased for my home was even more beautiful in person than on the website. My family and I are very pleased with such impressive artwork. We have already received several compliments. We will most definitely purchase more artwork in the future.

I needed some customized pieces with a specific frame and reached out to Vinchy art to see if they would be able to accommodate me. They were able to provide everything that I was hoping for in this new artwork. I could not say enough about the workmanship and just the quality of these two pieces. The painting is well-done, and clearly hand-painted, but the colors don’t quite match what I saw online. Maybe lighting differences? Still debating if I should request a touch-up.

It was very difficult to open the package. The painting and the frame met my requirements, but the wooden box packaging was too difficult to open. There was sawdust all over the floor. I hope the packaging method can be improved.
The painting I received is very beautiful. I want to praise the artist for doing a great job, but the size I bought is smaller, but this is my problem.
The paintings themselves are beautiful, but I had some issues with the shipping service - hopefully, they can use a different company next time. Still, it was a decent experience overall.
After my first art piece arrived damaged they were quick to respond and quick to replace it. After approving the second finished piece with hues of browns and tans, the piece I received was taupe and gray. I thought I might have gotten someone else’s art piece so quickly emailed them with pictures of the art I had approved and the art I received. After 2 unanswered emails with my concerns, I’m stuck with an expensive piece of art that sits in my garage to be taken to Salvation Army’s thrift store.
