Unprofessional Employees
In January of this past year I used this unfortunate company to look up a stolen vehicle now cleared up. I spoke with someone named Amy Yvette Delane, and had some complaints about how they charged me for absolutely nothing and got nothing but attitude upon attitude from her. She later texted me on her personal number to mine, a very harassing, inappropriate, and racist text by using my customer information. I reported this to the company and the police. It’s not appreciate to take customers personal information and text/call them and harass them. She has a criminal history so it’s no surprise.
