Did some research on low acid coffee and ordered from Volcanica. Expected that low acid would mean low taste too. I was wrong. Great product that likes me as much as I like it.
Volcanica Coffee does everything well. Good value, quality and customer centric service model. Their website area regarding the subscription service does, however, need work. The top priority for any business should be to make it easy for customers to do business with you.
I've had a subscription with Volcanica coffee for years. The coffee is always a good deal (getting 16oz not 12oz), shipping is free ( when you buy $65+) and the most important thing is the coffee is always fresh and delicious.
I asked to get subscription 1 of 2 canceled permanently and just ship 1 the auto answer couldn't understand my request and said someone would call when work hours resumed never received a call and ended up with 3 5 pound bags shipped to me guess that's one way to upsell a lot of coffee I certainly didn't need that much but didn't want to deel with so just kept it rather than take the chance I would end up with 3 more bags

Ordered to be picked up and was met with a happy face. Bought a pound for a gift and sample pack to take to Airbnb for the 4th of July Holiday. Couldn’t wait each morning to taste another sample. Yummy

Timely. However, I found Sulawesi White Eagle disappointingly mild compared to Sulawesi Reserve which I love. Need to explore other beans.
The packaging is once again an issue. When I used a package opener, it cut the bag containing the Colombian Supreme, which was stuck to the FedEx bag. Fortunately, I have an airtight storage container for my coffee, but this was really annoying.
I love this coffee - it's the best I've tasted. Super fresh. My favorites are the dark roasts. And their decaf is also the best I've had. Customer service is top notch.
