I placed my order today. I am just reviewing customer service - Will provide a review on the product when it is received. Customer Service was awesome. Deb was pleasant, patient, proactive, detail-oriented, and gave great advice. We went from concept to purchase over the course of about 1 hour (via email - with detailed diagrams, text, and, when necessary, phone calls - total elapsed time: 4 hrs). Deb's guidance gave me the confidence that I was placing my order with the right company. Looking forward to delivery!

Great product and service
High-end raised-panel wainscoting is not like the cheap trim sold at home improvement stores and call it "wainscoting." It needs to be custom built. This company has an excellent web site for project design, and the owners give additional help if needed. The product arrived today and looks great. Very fast!
