She was very helpful in wordsmithing some of my sentences so they sound significantly better and helped me fix everything so it would fit on the page, which I have had a hard time doing at times. She also gave me some really good points on things I should look at, like how certain positions should be phrased or whether I should add more bullet points or remove some.
The program is absolutely a 5-star program. The coaches are easily accessible, slack is organized and efficient, the information in the modules is synthesized and presented effectively and concisely, and there is no redundant/superfluous information. In other words, my expectations have been exceeded and I'm loving the program so far. I'm excited to keep going!

The program has been super helpful and the coaches do a great job of answering questions quickly. Also, other members of the program are always willing to help out.
Andrea shared with her advice as to being able to answer all my behavioral questions without fear they would leave the interviewer wondering if I was the right candidate for the job. She was both insightful and have a ton of knowledge on the subject.

Sam and the team have really built an amazing platform to help motivated students break into Investment Banking. The coaches and talent he's brought into the program are truly exceptional and I've already seen a massive increase in my response rate when I apply to the Summer Analyst Programs. The one slight downside I'd note is that the program isn't targeted at students recruiting in London, but I'd still highly recommend this program because the marginal benefit of having access to all these resources is truly invaluable. Over the past month of being part of the program, the team has showed a great level of hospitality. I have been granted great amounts of resources that have made my ability to learn and understand banking extremely efficient. The team has shown an exceptional amount of support to their students.
Coach Kiristin is a wonderful person and was extremely friendly to me when we had our meeting. Overall she gave me a ton of helpful resources which I greatly appreciate. One thing that maybe could be improved on was that the general road path seemed a little vague for me. I might've went in with different expectations and to be honest, due to where I am in the process, I cannot blame her.
The experience has allowed me to start on the right path to get into investment banking. The modules have allowed me to really understand everything that is being taught, and the coaches are always available to answer any questions when needed.
Very good program. Has all your needs for recruiting into high finance covered and there’s always help available. Maybe reducing the fees and having more in-person interaction opportunities with the coaches and the other students would be something I’d change.
I've been 3 months with the program and the preparation is elite level to get into IB. The only thing that I'd love to get is more zoom calls with mentors that are already in the field. Instead of time with the accountability buddy that is not really helpful since does not have enough experience in IB in general.
Helpful for resume review and having a team of experienced professionals on hand to answer questions about specific teams. There's not as much tailored guidance/counseling as I would have expected, so you still have to do your own prep and networking. Too soon to say.
Great community and resources if you have little background and need the help.
WSMM has been a savior for me, as a student looking to pursue investment banking out of a non-target school. The resources offered, knowledge of coaches, and overall program really seem to be providing me all the keys I need to unlock the door of a career on Wall Street!
