WangWangLaiFu represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

During the entire process, the staff is always helpful and answers all my questions in a timely manner. The process is smooth and I got my account eventually. If I had a chance to become a high net value customer in the future, I would still choose Wangwanglaifu.

They responded promptly and briefly, and within one week everything was setup smoothly, which is far beyond my expectation.
