Overall very good, the odd glitch does occur and generally the customer service is good as well. I don't like the new AI customer service. But generally I would recommend them to a colleague.

Webinterpret does all the translation, currency conversion and listing on foreign eBay sites. Also they handle most of the EU regulations regarding maker, country of origin, and sales paperwork. Pity the cost to a small user is a little prohibitive to have a larger audience.

Overall a good product, sometimes have some issues with product synchronisation so you can oversell but this has got much better in 2025/2026. Good service whenever there has been a problem too
