They did exactly as they said , paid on time gave me more than I expected fair price just wish I had more phones to sell them . I would recommend them they honest quick & reliable I do business with a gain for sure it was a pleasure doing business with them .

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I sent my phone in and it conveniently took weeks to arrive. Then they held my phone hostage until I agreed with their terms and took down my last bad review. They wouldn’t release my money for the phone until I agreed with them. They are shady and a horrible business. I’ve waited awhile to put this up because they are very threatening and intimidating. Just save yourself and don’t do it!!!!

To all you skeptics out there, let me just tell you this company IS AWSOME! If you have device/s to sell, this is the place. Please remember to unlock your devices before you send them if you expect to get paid like agreed. And DO NOT USE POST OFFICE!! USE UPS CHOICE!! I used post office and it took 9 DAYS! for this company to receive my devices. Don't make the same mistake if you need to get paid fast. Its not on WebTradeIn it's on the post office side. These people were super fast in paying me. I got paid the same day they evaluated my devices, their support team is on point! They communicated with me everything I had a concern and that goes miles for people like me. Major Props to Christina, your much appreciated!

Very easy and smooth process! Prepaid label was very helpful, with just having to drop the package off with the shipper. Being able to track it on its way was also a relief. Payment was received very quickly after receipt of the device! I would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!
