We had EXCELLENT service when selling our car!
We had EXCELLENT service when selling our car with Theo at the Maple Grove/Osseo location. Theo was professional, kind, and was very informative every step of the way! He answered all our questions. We would HIGHLY recommend working with Theo for buying cars! He did an OUTSTANDING job! Thank you! The whole process was much easier than we thought it would be!
Ed was very helpful, and made the experience easy for me. I would recommend anyone looking to sell there car to go to webuyanycar!

Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave us a great experience, zero pressure and we left feeling confident in our choice to sell our vehicle. We would highly recommend Jonathan and this branch.

Hi David,
We're sorry to learn from your three-star rating that we fell short of the five-star customer service experience that webuyanycar.com is famous for. Your rating is a direct reflection on the service our mobile buyer delivered when they came out to your home to complete the purchase, and while we're glad you found them personable, three stars tells us we did not give you the experience we promise.
On the difference in the figures, our online valuation is an estimate presented in good faith, based on the information provided by the customer. You told us about a scratch and the vehicle's accident history when you valued it online, and both were already reflected in that estimate. The appraisal identified further condition issues that the online estimate had not accounted for, and our offer reflects the verified condition of the vehicle following that professional, in-person appraisal.
Our diagnostic scan also showed a recent reset of the vehicle's fault codes, along with stored codes indicating there may be issues with the airbag and ABS systems. We are not suggesting anything untoward, and none of it was taken into account in the price we offered you. We mention it only because those codes may point to deeper problems with those safety systems.
We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation. Our team should have explained what we found, and how it translated into the amount you were paid, before you had the opportunity to accept or reject our offer.
We are taking this seriously. We have logged a formal complaint on your behalf, and we will have your appraisal peer reviewed to ensure it meets the rigorous standards of accuracy we set for our team. The Area Manager responsible for our Pittsburgh team is investigating and will be reaching out to you directly to go through the figures with you and find a way to restore your faith in webuyanycar.com.
We are committed to doing the right thing here, and to ensuring you have the five-star customer service outcome that every webuyanycar.com customer is entitled to.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
