My order was shipped in a timely manner, everything arrived frozen like expected. Packing materials were awesome to keep things cold. I have a shih-tzu and she is a picky eater, and she loves RAW. This was our first experience with a raw diet, and we will be a customer from now on. She loves the product and I mix raw with her freeze dried food, and she gobbles it right up! I'm VERY pleased that I found a product that she likes!!
I wanted the best for my shepherd as she is my best friend! I researched a lot and determined this should be what I was looking for! She’s a rescue and I only wanted the best for her and after reading many not so pleasant stories about kibble I ordered my box from We Feed Raw and have never looked back! She’s thriving with this food! Her coat is over the top amazing and I get many compliments about her appearance! Love this company!

I love the pre packaged raw as it’s easy for me to use. I like that I can delay my order or change amounts my dogs get or even the meats sent. I love that my youngest boxer now looks like he filled out, I struggled on 50/50 dry food and dehydrated raw food. My older boxer also seems to have more energy and life in him again. Always wanting to play with his toys or chase the other one outside.

Comes directly to my door pre-packaged for portion control. They helped design a diet for my overweight Fox Terrier. He weighed 26 lbs at the time. He is now at 18 lbs and thinks he's still a pup. He will be 13 years old on October 30th. The food is excellent quality and he can't wait for his meals. Customer service is excellent!!
This really is a great food, but the shipping needs a little help in the summer months. As one of my orders arrived completely thawed although it was cool it still affects the consistency of the product. And for those of us with picky eaters this creates a problem.

It was very difficult to get my dogs to transition this even after trying everything suggested.The2nd shipment was delayed in transit and arrived fully thawed which made them unusable. A replacement shipment was sent for that and came with over half of it thawed again due to delay and what was usable was the wrong food, It was to be beef and you sent chicken which we had told you they would not eat. A replacement for that was sent. Again delayed, so this is when I cancelled for both dogs. Through all this mishap the most frustration was caused by the only contact with your customer service is by e- mail and waiting a day or two for response and several days gap of no food for my dogs while waiting for replacement, costing me additional over $100 plus to buy beef at the market

My dog loves the food. I originally switched to raw and tried brands you could buy in the supermarket. I did not like them for my dog. We feed raw is so much better. You can slow down orders if you need to. The food is always frozen when received. My only wish would be for it to be a little cheaper. I know costs are high all over right now. I will always figure out a way to feed my dog the best food possible. Thank you for starting we feed raw.

Occasionally I am unable to have my dog's food delivered in the hot summer when I am away at the hospital getting cancer treatments. I don't have to worry because they will deliver it a day after or before. WFR is very caring! And my dog Bella loves them too. She is such a picky eater. This is the longest I've stayed at WFR because Bella still loves the meat!

Order Process was quick and easy. Initial order was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company. However, Customer Service was quick to ship out a new order overnight to the correct address. Willow loves the food and portions are easy to cut up for her as she grows through her puppy stage.

I have been with Wefeedraw for several years now. Our dog's health is great; our vet is alway surprised how well he is aging and he always has a good health report. We recently did a senior panel on him, and he came back with an A+ on all fronts. I attribute this to the awesome food provided by WeFeedRaw. Further, WefeedRaw's customer service is top notch; I have always been able to reach them.
This is a great product and seems to be helping with my pets overall good health

I WAS a loyal We Feed Raw customer…
I've been a loyal We Feed Raw customer for quite a while, and until recently I recommended them to anyone looking for premium raw dog food. Before the packaging redesign, I honestly thought they had one of the best products on the market. The packaging wasn't perfect, I always wondered why they didn't use a peelable top, but it was durable, clean, and never gave me problems.
Then they changed everything.
Since switching to the new peel-top packaging, the quality control has completely fallen apart. Every single shipment I've received has arrived looking like someone tossed the packages into the box without any care whatsoever. The individual packs are smashed together, torn, leaking, and covered in raw meat juices.
Unfortunately trust pilot has no photo attachment option so ill post another review elsewhere.
I've had:
Packages leaking inside the shipping box.
Raw meat juices leaking all over my refrigerator and freezer.
Torn or damaged packaging on multiple individual meals.
Boxes arriving looking like they've been through a war.
For a company charging premium prices, this level of quality control is unacceptable.
What's frustrating is that this wasn't always the case. Something clearly changed, whether it's the new packaging, a new fulfillment center, or reduced quality standards, but the difference is night and day. If whoever is packing orders for the Twin Cities metro in Minnesota is responsible for this, management seriously needs to inspect that facility and figure out what's going wrong.
To make matters worse, We Feed Raw also switched to FedEx for my deliveries. My orders used to arrive on a predictable schedule. Now delivery days seem to change from week to week, making it incredibly difficult if you don't have someone home all day to immediately bring frozen raw food inside during the summer heat.
I know I'm not the only customer experiencing these problems. Looking through recent reviews, there are numerous complaints about the new packaging leaking, damaged shipments, and shipping issues after recent operational changes. That tells me this isn't an isolated incident.
It's disappointing because the food itself has always been excellent. Unfortunately, great food doesn't matter if it arrives in damaged, leaking packaging every single time.
At this point, it feels like the company focused on cutting costs instead of maintaining the premium experience customers were paying for. Until We Feed Raw gets its packaging and quality control under control, I can't recommend spending your money here.
There are too many other raw food companies that package and ship their products with far more care. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere until We Feed Raw fixes what used to make them stand out.

Can’t say enough good things about WFR’s customer service. They have been responsive and understanding of our dog’s needs. Their product is of high quality and we always receive it freezing cold even when it’s hot outside!
We Feed Raw has been great for our toy Aussie! She's very excited at mealtimes, and we've not had any tummy issues.
The new packaging with the peel-off top is a good attempt, but there's always one side that doesn't want to peel well, so it's messier than just using a knife to cut the top off.
