Well, so far I’m just reviewing my interaction with someone on my helpdesk. My order will not go through online so I called in and the lady that helped me was very kind took the time to listen to my problem and was able to correct the problem so I could sign up.
Kevin is a great communicator. Instructions were clear. He was patient. He asked clarifying questions. Their website is well organized, user friendly, and quite thorough. Their customer service team are professional, courteous, and informative. Kevin made sure I understood the features of the subscriptions I have with Weiss Ratings. So far, I am pleased with my decision to subscribe to their investment tools and information.
Although I tried to learn about crypto, it is still not my piece of cake. Weiss ratings gave me the possibillity to read about it and gave good advices but i have too much other things to arrange in my life. The communication with support Claudio was perfect! They cancelled my subscription and because it was within a year, they did refund the money of the subsciption as written on the website. That is why I give 5 starts.

Great customer support! I signed up for their 'Next Crypto Superstars' program recently. Kevin from the company called me for an onboarding session where he patiently guided me on how to navigate and set up my account on the Weiss Rating member's portal. This session has enabled me to better understand how to get the most out of the program.
