We Sell Mats has been great! There was a color issue with a manufacturer that they were quick to resolve, which I greatly appreciate. The quality of the mats is excellent and gives me peace of mind that my kid is safe from head bonks if he falls in his playroom. They’re easy to cut to get up against the walls/baseboards, and easy to clean. Will definitely order here again if I need additional mats.

I purchased their exercise mats to cover my sons play area and they are great quality and I received them so quickly. I will definitely be buying from them again.

We were very happy with The product and the customer service. The delivery company had damages on the Box. And they Notified Us of these damages And explain what we need to do To get a new mat cover for what was damaged. That was even before the product arrived. They also arrived before the scheduled date which was great. Again the customer service was great they notified us of the damages Before they arrived.

Great Quality
Great Quality, fast delivery. I now have a 10 x 12 mat in my garage gym that I do all my heavy lifting, jumping, and handstand work on. Love it!

Playroom floor
I grabbed the color sand. It’s the perfect neutral color! I needed the mats to cover our hardwood floors in our play room that were not overly colorful but would still protect her and hold up. So far we love it!
Good product, great customer service
This was my 4th purchase at We Sell Mats, and the first time I have small issues. First, the box was really beaten up but no damage to the products (a thicker carton box would help). Secondly, from the 49 tiles I've bought, one came with a black-ish stain and another one came with a kind of small punch hole. Apart from that, no more issues and the mats looked good and interlocked well. Update: the company reached out to me the day after I originally posted my review and - proactively - offered me a solution. 5/5
Good thickness in terms of quality
Good thickness in terms of quality. Great service and fast shipping. My only concern is we have only had the mats a couple of weeks and there are already many multiple visible scuff marks on the vinyl. We don't wear shoes on the mat and use of equipment on them is minimal so not full happy with the quality of the vinyl material in terms of how easy it scuffs and shows wear so quicky

Replacement order was promptly sent and received
UPDATE: Replacement order was promptly sent to me by We Sell Mats. The mats look great! My original message / story was the following: I never received the mats that I purchased online for ~$230. The delivery was claimed to be done by FedEx, without the signature of recipient required, but I never received the package. There was no single case of stealing parcels in our area to my memory. I filed a claim with FedEx; they considered it for a couple of days, ...and then closed the case without accepting any further claims - probably because recipient signature was not required. I don't know where and by whom was such option selected (probably this was set authomatically on the web site of the company?), but I never received my mats. All this looks very strange. I am very disapointed.

We are always here to help any of our customer that experience delivery issues. We simply ask that you notify us to make us aware that you did not receive your package. In these cases, we contact FedEx and have them perform a Driver Followup. If they are unable to locate the package, then we reship the order. Then file a claim with them for the damages. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the package had not been delivered before this review. As a result we are unable to dispute the claim put in by the customer with FedEx. However, in good faith we decided to reship the mat in line with our core value; Commitment to our Customers!
